So, I'm finally updating our blog. I bet many of you are surprised and happy to finally have something new to see(especially the pics of Logan). Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long. Please forgive me for being busy. That's the life of a mom. This week I was canning peaches and dropped a quart on the floor and it shattered, that only delayed this post more. I had to mop three times to get all the stickyness gone. To briefly update you on our family: Grant is liking school, Ashlyn started preschool and likes that. I quite enjoy having Logan to myself when both kids are at school. I'm back to playing basketball a couple days a week(its killing me, I hate getting old). I've had multiple invites for Christmas and whoever bids the highest might win. Here is a marathon post to catch you all up on the last 3 months. It starts at the present time and goes back in time. Enjoy!!!

Happy Birthday Ashlyn, 4 years old. She wanted a Pinkie Pie cake so Dave and I spent 2 hours making her this cake. It turned out well enough.
We had some friends over for cake and ice cream. I think Ashlyn liked the cake.

The first day of school.
Grant is looking really hard for the pencils he brought at meet the teacher night. They weren't there. He was so excited for the first day of kindergarten. He is our big boy. Gotta love that cheesy smile.

Logan with evil eyes, but a cute face!
Pretend these aren't blurry. Is a little challenging to snap a clear shot on roller skates. Please note Grandpa Evans on his skates. We all had a little fun, but it was so darn hot that we were so happy to leave.
This is Ashlyn our star blast-ball player. She could do really well when she put her mind to it.
